10 Problems at the Start of Innovation – By Irfan Ali

People plan many thing, numerous ideas come flying in the mind before creating a new business product and local or international services, however, only a few actually leave the drawing board. This happens because there are quite a few problems ahead of something which the world has yet to see. You can learn about some of the top ten problems at the start of innovation right in here.

The uncertainty looming over our heads

If this is your problem then you are not alone out there, as millions of people lose their chance to taste glory only due to the fact that they are just not sure what they actually want. This uncertain state of our mind actually destroys creativity and the motivation to pursue our innovative ideas. You need to have clear directives in order to stop the random thought process because the random thoughts will stall the innovation process.

Lack of ability to think of anything new

The core issue here is the limitation of the human mind. What we mean here is that sometimes you simply cannot seem to think of anything new which could slightly be considered as something near to an innovation. For innovation you need an infinite scope of thought. Brainstorming is necessary for developing a new business or a service.

Conventional thinking

Most people do not think out of the box and look to improve or use the existing practices to their advantage. The conventional though process can get your service or business running but this is not recommended in a long run.

Working under a boss

Brainstorming or working under a manager, who is your boss and will have the final say is one of the most disruptive elements regarding the problems at the start of innovation. You will never be able to widen your thinking horizons if there is something breathing down your neck to knock down any of your ideas which he/she does not approve of.

The fear of criticism

Criticism is the biggest problem at the start of innovation. Afraid of having your idea shot down by others will stop you from pursuing your objectives. Brainstorming in groups is certainly not recommended due to this particular problems as when too many people are present at the same place all at once only a few will have the courage to speak their mind while the rest will just listen and condone.

Too many ideas ruin the actual plan

So you have had an inspiring brainstorming sessions, then what? Well you will now have just too many good ideas in front of you which will just force you into believing that all these idea can be cramped in your innovation. It will be extremely difficult for you to leave out some ideas and execute the others. This dilemma will leave you in a state of limbo thus, hampering the innovation problem right from the start.

Some fancy ideas will remain vague

Some ideas will always remain vague, after finalising some brilliant ideas, overconfidence could slowly creep in and leave you with some vague ideas which will leave you confused and uncertain.

The termination from management

Your ideas will be screened by the management and ironically the far-reaching goals will be eliminated first due to high risk factor.

Redesigning by the development team

Okay so now you are happy that you innovative design got off the drawing board, but it will land straight in the hands of the development team, who will most probably have their own ideas about that particular product or service and make some appropriate changes, meaning that your product will certainly go through a lot of changes.

Assessment of worth of your innovation

The marketing team will always be looking down your shoulder have their say regarding the market value of your product. Before these people sell your service/product, you need to sell it to them, convince them and you shall see your baby come in this world.

Awaken the Giant in YOU – By Irfan Ali

Lets try to unfold today’s “thought”; Starting from some GREATS who bet more at the “subject” – Oprah Winfrey articulated about gut feeling as “Learn to let your intuition—Gut instinct—tell you when the food, the relationship, the job isn’t good for you (and conversely, when what you’re doing is just right).”. Mr. Big Al Jones;  The Albert Einstein has opnion  ”The only real valuable thing is intuition”.
According to National Science Foundation (NSF) USA; Our brains produce as many as 12,000 to 50,000 thoughts per day depending on how ‘deep’ a thinker you are (other estimates run as high as 60,000/day). What kind of thoughts cantered you are? It really depends on how past experiences, future ambitions, the problems and opportunities you are packed with respect to each and every aspect of life- personally or professionally.
I once heard Warren Buffet in his typical locution style  “I always knew I was going to be rich. I don’t think I ever doubted it for a minute.” So level and quality of mental strength is heavily influenced by what you think what you do and most importantly what you are up to. An individual with capability of passing fifty thousand thoughts in single day- knowing the fact must do wonders and now its your time folks !! to come out of past, think about future, dream big as at least you could have 50% of your thoughts each day must be passing for the land mark you should achieve in this life and justify your existence in this world and contribute back to the society, country and this beautiful planet.
When ever you set yourself to the objective you want to achieve and put very effort than for sure you will have dreams like Elias Howe, accidents like Alexander Graham Bell, Alexander Fleming, William Perkin, Becquerel, provoking thoughts like of Albert Einstein, the luck of Les Brown,  J.K  Rowling. Closing the discussion with Alfred W. Adler and the “Key” he said rather declared that one of wonder-filled characteristic of human beings is “their power to turn a minus into plus”- If you want to do some thing that make people remember you than you must turn those twelve to fifty thousand thoughts to pass with something positive and at some day be intuition that made Albert Einstein the great.! Rather those thoughts carry misery of past, failures and problems and I seriously wish you remember Chris Gardner if not than at least “In Pursuit Of Happiness”.
Louis Pasteur once said, “chance favors the prepared mind.”  I am great believer of thoughts, gut feelings. This intuition is all around us to make us great we just need to pick the right frequency and for this, one must have arsenal of experience depth of knowledge and understanding and a great belief in and within yourself what you are up to.. “Experience taught me a few things. One is to listen to your gut, no matter how good something sounds on paper. The second is that you’re generally better off sticking with what you know. And the third is that sometimes your best investments are the ones you don’t make.” Donald Trump quotes (American Entrepreneur, b.1946)

All You Need Is To Take Actions – By Imran K Junejo

We all have desires to become successful in life; everyone has his or her own definition of success. I think it won’t be wrong to say we have certain goals to achieve and become what we have dreamed of. As I have seen many of us talking that “I need to raise my income” or “I want to cut a few of Kilos to become fit and smart” or “I need to settle down as soon as possible” and so onbut having only interest to make things happen is not enough. Ifsuch concern or interest can play part alone many of us have been succeeded.

People are looking for miracles to happen but they do not do anything to make it happen, remember it is universal law to pay price of what you like to own. Our results are based on our inputs, we always complain about what went wrong in our way but never given a shot to think why it happened, what did go wrong. We start blaming others for our faults and dreaming or expecting smooth goings. People want to shape their lives but fail to do anything for it, rememberpowerful approach to shape our lives is to get ourselves involved into actions.

Actions…? Yes this is very interesting and learning way to improvise on journey to success. At first It may not generate the desired results very soon because different actions generate different results. Why? You might have heard of “Every action has its own reaction” and this applies to our lives as well. To improvise in our actions to produce desired results we need strong mental, emotional and physical association with our goals. Without commitment you might get tired and give up, to be committed to your goals and actions you have to be consistent in actions no matter what results you get, all you have to take control of your life because it is not one or two day job, keep striving, keep learning, keep doing until you meet your goal.

The King Solomon’s Ring

The King Solomon was the King of Israel in the 10th century BC & was famous for his wisdom & the magnificence of some of his temples & cities. He once asked his councilors’ to design & make him a ring with special inscription which include words that could change his mood whether it was from the sorrow to joy or happiness to sadness.

The councilors wrestled with the given task by Solomon for a long time & ultimately succeeded to present him the ring with inscription “This shall pass too

Morale

Socrates said, remember that there is nothing stable in human affairs: therefore, avoid undue elation in prosperity & undue depression in adversity
